These Terms of Service apply to Plow Day (the "Game"), made by Just Games Studio ("we", "us"). Please read them before you play.
Accepting these terms
By playing the Game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you.
Using the Game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the Game for free, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is offered through game portals such as CrazyGames; when you play there, their own terms apply as well.
Fair play
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Game or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or extract its code or assets, except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, bots, exploits or other unauthorised tools, or tamper with saved progress;
- host the Game on another website or remove our names, notices or the portal's features from it.
In-game items
Coins, upgrades, machines and other in-game items exist only inside the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not owned.
Progress is saved on your device or in your portal account. It may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices, and we may adjust the in-game economy to keep the Game balanced.
Portals and ads
The Game may show ads, including optional ads that give an in-game reward. Ads are provided by the portal you play on and its partners, and we are not responsible for their content. A reward is given only when the ad is completed. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we don't control them.
Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, graphics, music, names and logos, belongs to Just Games Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the licence above, no rights are given to you.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors, or work on every device. We may update, change or stop offering the Game at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Just Games Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or in-game progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. By continuing to play after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
